I thought to myself that I would never like to undergo such a trauma and guess what? I drank an entire bottle of water the moment I got up from bed the very next day.
Drinking water helps in removing toxins and other wastes from our body and keeps us fit and healthy. On the contrary if these toxins are not flushed off properly, then it may lead to various illness and other complications.
Proper Diet
You are what you eat! As the saying goes, is really applicable in our lives. If you eat unhealthy food, you are bound to become unhealthy; If you eat healthy food, then you are on your way to become a healthy person.
Avoid having fat and stick to healthy food items including vegetables and fruits. Avoid having fast food and beverages which are loaded with calories but do not provide any nutrition. Also make sure you are having proper course and eat at the right time.
Exercise
It cannot be put in words how much exercise is needed for the body. Our body produces good hormones when we exercise and there is smooth pumping of blood. It also helps in digesting food, burn calorie, increase stamina etc.
