Anxious or worrying character will give bad effects for your health. Anxiety is normal for every human being, but excessive anxiety is not good.

University of Pennsylvania’s psychologists give an advice to those who have excessive anxiety to take 20 minutes a day for “anxious session” in the same time and same place. Collect all your worries for a day and putting them out during your daily anxious session.

Bring your concerns to the point of absurdity – let your brows knit, let your body sweat, shivering and curled up as much as you like. By creating a caricature of your body parts are always worried, and thus it will drive out your anxiety.
