Keep your weight with egg as a breakfast menu

If you want to keep your weight, you can choose an egg as a breakfast menu. Breakfast menu with high protein such as eggs can reduce hunger and at the same time prevent overeating at lunch.

In a study published in the journal Nutrition Research, experts from United States found that men who have breakfast menu with an egg-based menu tend to eat less at lunch than those who had breakfast menu with high-carbohydrate menu.

The study reinforces previous studies which stated breakfast menu with eggs helps reduce calorie intake at lunch time and helps reduce weight by 65 percent. Breakfast menu with eggs was also proven to be more energetic than when choosing carbohydrate menu.

In this study, researchers from the University of Connecticut compared two groups of respondents with a typical American breakfast menu. “They were having breakfast with high protein menu will not feel hungry during the day,” said Maria Luz Fernandez, PhD, nutritionist, head of research.

Bodies need protein because it can be used as energy reserves when reserves of fat and carbohydrates in the body have been exhausted. Several types of proteins also stimulate a production of enzymes which help regulate muscle contraction and other cell activities.

However, a good breakfast menu should also contain carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and not too much fat. Healthy food is an important thing for your healthy life, OK?
