When you drive at night, you are required to have healthy eyes. Healthy eyes will make your vision while driving becomes clear. To reduce fatigue on your eyes when driving at night, you must have adequate lighting on your vehicle. When the lights on your vehicle have not yet risen to help your eyesight, you can install additional lights like projector headlights.
When you drive on in the dark, your eyes will adjust in several ways.
First, the retina of the eyes will begin to produce chemicals that are more sensitive to light, these chemicals can even detect the light that is converted into electrical signals and sends signals to the brain.
Second, the iris relaxes the muscles, causing eye opening. This allows the eye to collect as much light as possible, so that the retinal nerve cells can adapt in low light to make the retina can work on low light.
If the eyes to work hard for a long time in the dark, the eyes will be fatigue more quickly because there are many muscles are used. This condition can cause some physical effects such as eye pain, itching, headaches, back pain and neck as well as diminished eyesight.
