Talking about quality of sleep is not separated from a right bed. A right bed is not only able to eliminate body fatigue, but also maintain a quality of spine health.

According dr.Coralee Van Egmond, director of the International Association chiropractors, sleeping mats that support spine health is same with spine lines. “The spine should be in a natural position while sleeping so that the muscle does not fatigue,” he said.

The best sleeping position is tilted or lying supine with a pillow propped neck. Sleeping on his stomach is not recommended because it can make a stiff neck muscles and lungs can not breathe properly.

Comfortable bed will accommodate a quality sleep because when your body is not stiff after waking up, then this condition will make your body feel fresh and healthy.
